►With 7 years of diverse experience, Zisis has made significant contributions to both the public and private sectors. His 4-year tenure as an advisor to the Minister of Environment and Energy underscores his deep commitment to sustainable development and energy efficiency. Currently, Zisis serves as the Project Coordinator for the Project Management Team for the Resilience and Recovery Fund at the Ministry of Environment and Energy, overseeing a substantial €5.5 billion funds portfolio.

►Zisis has a proven track record in the natural gas sector, advising leading companies and driving innovative energy consumption reduction projects. His dedication to sustainable development is further demonstrated through his role as Project Manager for the “REMAP” ecosystem, supported by the Government of Canada’s Centre of Excellence. This initiative focuses on the acceleration and commercialization of Semi-Transparent Solar Panels, leveraging Canadian technologies to create business advantages.

►As the leader of the engineering team for the Solar Decathlon China 2017 competition, Zisis represented Canada and was awarded for his team’s passive solar building design and the optimization of building-integrated solar panels and thermal systems. Additionally, he served as a Research Assistant at Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) for 5 years, specializing in Net Zero Energy Buildings, grid management, energy storage, and energy flexibility.

►Zisis is currently a PhD Candidate in Building Engineering at Concordia University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Building Engineering from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Athens, where he graduated with a class ranking of 4/251.
